Dolfinarium

Dolfenarium is the only dolfinarium in the Netherlands. The dolfinarium is a combination of a aquatic zoo and a theme park. In this zoo you can find, dolphins, walruses and sea lions. These shows take place at the big theater in the middle of the park. The dolphins are housed in big salt water basis. They do shows with the dolphins and the wallruses. You can watch a 3D movie and there are several different playgrounds. It is possible to visit the beach of this zoo, located at the veluwemeer. The dolfinarium also is a sanctuary to wounded and ill animals from the Noordzee. It they are recovered they will be released into the wild again.
Dolfinarium be easily reached by car, there is a lot of free parking space available. Also you can take the public transport.
