Park Information

De Valkenier opened in 1934 and is one of the oldest amusement parks in Europe. This is a park for families with small children from about 2 to 13 years old.
It's a small park but also a cheap. They have a couple of rides including a roller coaster, bumper cars, Ferris wheel, haunted house and also a monorail and Mississippi style boat going around the park.
They also offer a Valkenburg sightseeing tour with a special car-train. So while the kids are in the park the parents can do some town sightseeing.

There is another theme park closeby called Het Sprookjesbos (Fairy Tale Forest) you might like it.
