World's Fastest Roller Coaster OpensThe world’s fastest roller coaster, Ring Racer, opened at the German Grand Prix race circuit in Nurburgring. Ring Racer is supposed to give the feeling you're driving a Formula 1 car. In less than 2.5 seconds the coaster reaches a top speed of 217km per hour (135mph) which is twice the acceleration of a real Formula 1 car. |
