Busch Entertainment Corp. is now known as SeaWorld Parks & EntertainmentThe Busch Entertainment Corporation (BEC) was sold to Blackstone Capital Partners for $2.3+ billion. So they have a new name, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment replaces BEC with the closing of the sale. SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment operates 10 parks across the United States including SeaWorlds. The leadership, parks, philosophy and commitment to quality is unchanged. |
