Wild Animal Park San Diego houses a large variety of wild and endangered animal species from Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America, and Australia.The exhibits house animals such as cheetahs, antelopes, lions, giraffes, okapis, elephants, zebras, Przewalski's horses, rhinos, and bonobos. The main purpose of the zoo is species conservation, they breed animals for San Diego Zoo and for other zoos all over the world. You can take a tram tour to view the African plains, east Africa, north Africa, the Asian waterhole, southern Africa and the mountain habitat. The enclosures of the Gravy's zebras, Somali wild asses, kiangs, Arabian oryx, gorals, Japanese serows, black rhinoceroses, bonobos, and Przewalski's wild horses are only visible by a view from the tram. Some of the animals like giraffe, rhinos, gaur, vultures, Cape buffalo, markhor, elephants, and many species of antelope, gazelle, wild cattle, and deer are housed in open enclosures.
San Diego Wild animal Park can be easily reached by car, there is a lot of free parking space available. Also public transport is available to reach this zoo.
